Congratulations to the new Miss USA 2021 Elle Smith from Kentucky. The Television News Reporter took home the Mouawad Miss USA Power of Positivity Crown on Monday, November 29th at the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Placing in fourth runner-up was Illinois’ Sydni Bennett, second runner-up, was Miss Florida USA’s Ashley Carino and placing as the First Runner Up was North Dakota’s Caitlyn Vogel.
